Canyon Room

Named after the scenic Snake River canyon it overlooks, the Canyon Room offers guests a comfortably upscale setting to enjoy The Prairie Club’s authentic, home-style prairie food. Its 30-foot high ceiling and oversized windows allow you to fully capture the sublime beauty of the Sandhills and Snake River canyon. 

Our menu offers accessible foods such as salads, sandwiches and steaks utilizing a mixture of ingredients of the prairie and the American West. From Sand Hills grass-fed beef and chicken to buffalo and walleye, our menu spotlights interesting cuisine, with comfortable ease, featuring the best of local ingredients.

If it’s past sunset, don’t forget to venture outside and take a long gaze upward. One look towards the heavens will reveal a blanket of stars so bright, you'll begin to understand why the pioneers left the city-life all those years ago. The Sandhills have become famous for crystal clear skies undisturbed by light or pollution.
