For those seeking a faster mode of transportation, The Prairie Club has many options available.
Commercial flights are available through Pierre, SD and North Platte, NE. The Prairie Club has a shuttle service available and both airports feature car rental facilities. North Platte Regional Airport is located 130 miles due south of The Prairie Club. Pierre Regional Airport, which has recently undergone a $12 million renovation project, is located 150 miles north of The Prairie Club.
For non-commercial flights, both Valentine and nearby Ainsworth have airports capable of handling most types of planes. The runway at Ainsworth Regional Airport measures 6800’ x 110’, and Valentine’s measures 4700’ x 75’.
