A deposit of first and last nights lodging must be prepaid. If reservation is cancelled less than 30 days but reservation can be resold the refund will be all but a $25 administration fee. If the reservations cannot be resold the full fee will be charged. if the reservation is moved within 30 days, there is a $100 transfer fee.
