Hand in hand with our mission statement of “Creating an unforgettable experience that touches the soul of all who journey here," The Prairie Club kitchen strives to compliment our one-of-a-kind golf experience by offering a comfortably upscale vision of home-style Prairie Food both old and new. By combining familiar preparations with ingredients common and not so common, the culinary team will bring a one-of-a-kind cuisine to the Sand Hills of Nebraska. The Canyon Room Dining offers accessible foods such as Salads, Sandwiches and Steaks utilizing a mixture of ingredients of the Prairie and the American West. From local Nebraskan beef and chicken to buffalo and walleye, The Canyon Room’s dinner menu will spotlight interesting cuisine, with comfortable ease, featuring the best of local ingredients.
